The picture of the Aspirations Building is a background for 4 my cover lines as i looked through some of the contents pages that had a plain background, as the contents was to do with school, so I put a school building as a background and of the Moilett center, 2 buildings of the school. However the cover lines would have looked better without the boxes that are in white, although they do make the black writing stand out but the color of the numbers '1,2,3,4' don't stand out in sliver, the color should have been brighter so it stood out against the grey shades of the building, the color should have been yellow and it would have linked in with the logo of the Academy.
The other 4 cover lines at the bottom are on a white background as I wanted the 4 cover lines at the bottom to stand out as they are put on the left, readers tend to read from left and right, so the picture will be seen first however I want the cover lines to have some importance to.
The colors I used on the contents page were black and silver which were used as the Aspirations building is blue and silver. The yellow in the logo stands out, it suggests happiness and joy however at the same time suggests cowardice, but in this context it suggests determination and friendship as Hamstead Hall is a academy that takes full care of all their students.
I took the image of the aspirations building as I wanted a image of the school that was close to blue as the logo of the academy is blue. However the logo could have been bigger and in size. Their could have been a background for the Contents title but the cover lines wouldn't have stood out if their was a background on the whole of the page, so blank spaces were left.
